Brewing deep, the
feelings bubble
Blood boils, emotions trouble
Take a breath,
don't let it out
Contemplate before you shout
Moments pass,
the feelings simmer
No longer boil, the anger
dimmer
Frustration, rage, don't act in haste
Saying words
you will regret
When moments pass would help forget
Take the
time to think it through
Then your voice, it will be
true
Control emotions, master moods
Don't let them get the
better of you
Others will see you in in different light
Just
take a breath, don't rush to fight.
