diving, gliding, souring, upon the winds am I
with golden out stretched wings I cruise the sky
land is so distant and so very far below
as I'm even higher than the mountain snow
warm currents of air abound to drift upon
blissfully enjoying the day mid summer's put on
nothing so free and exciting as dancing on air
for up here there is nothing and no-one to fear
the view is out standing in magnificence and charm
giving a sense awe and wonder without the harm
so spread your wings too and come fly with me
souring the winds together, and thus become we
